Outstandingly well. Cannot recommend Reeds Ferry highly enough. Incredibly well constructed, very solid gazebo. Excellent customer service throughout. We used our gazebo as a 3 season room; ate dinner there almost every night during bug season and all summer. The ceiling fan kept us cool even on the hottest days. Our kids, home during Covid, used it as a conference room. We even entertained in it - large enough for socially distant dinners. It really enhanced our summer.

To my surprise, Reeds corrected the problem, 4 men and 3 hours, hard work! Warranty. No charge. Independent contractor had estimated $850.00.

The entire process was superb, from the selection and purchase through installation. The sales rep was very responsive and helpful. The installers were on time and professional. The shed was assembled remarkably fast and is high quality. I would recommend Reeds Ferry to anyone looking for a new shed.

The service was fantastic. This is my 2nd shed from them, the first one is 35 years old and going strong. The crew of Steve, Aaron and Nate were great, showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The whole process took 2.5 hours. Quite impressive. They even cleaned up after and left the yard in great shape.

My experience with Reeds Ferry Sheds was amazing. I dealt with Bill and Tim Carlton and they live up to their motto that the customer comes first and they go above and beyond to make you happy. They installed a 14x24 shed and every aspect of the planning to delivery and set up went very smoothly. The team that installed the shed were prompt, friendly and professional. I highly recommend anyone to buy from them . You won't be disappointed.

It went great. They came when they were expected, got the work done thoroughly in the time allotted, and everything looked just as we expected! They even went out and got materials for the ramp during install to make everything work.

All crews provided excellent service. Sales and service were responsive and good at communication and notification. Both the demolition and installation crews were exceptionally good - arriving on time, courteous, working fast but in a very precise and organized manner. The only two things I could note: (1) we had to wait for this for a LONG time (ordered in March, were scheduled for installation on Sep 30th), and (2) they are expensive (must say that we got exceptional service and quality for that money). Price quoted here includes the demolition of the old shed.

A few words come to mind when I think of Reeds Ferry: Great, Amazing, First Class, Elite, and EPIC! Your shed experience from beginning to end will be nothing short of five stars. Their product is great, and service is second to none, from start to finish.  
You might start your Reeds Ferry adventure at their website. Clean, professional, and very user friendly. There are plenty of photos of their quality work that will just leave you day dreaming about sheds. In this day and age you might not think of a website to be a big deal, but for a small business and comparatively speaking of competitors, it really is top notch.  
Arriving to their business in Hudson, you will realize you picked one of the best.  The inside facility in clean, modern, and very comfortable. Friendly sales help is always readily available in order to lead you in the right direction. The whole staff overall is great, and this is proven by any interaction with a sales,service, or management member. There is nothing better than visiting Reeds Ferry on a beautiful day! Their outside shed display is like a little park. There are over 5 acres of sheds of various colors, sizes, cupolas, windows, and doors. Another small detail of this part of the experience that helps make it elite, is the landscaping. If you look around, you notice that the lawn is perfectly kept, and the mulch is sharp and fresh. They are a fountain away from being a resort! It is nice to see your future shed in this type of environment - rather than in a warehouse stacked side by side with no personality/variation. I consider myself to be a detail oriented person, and it's small details like such that reinforce that I'm buying my shed at the right place.
Installation and delivery is just the icing on the cake! Installation date was easily made and right on time.  Again - these small details matter to me. The crew showed up in their trucks and the first thing I honestly noticed is that their equipment was so immaculate and clean. You know a ferry truck when you see it! Before you know it, I was instagramin' a shot of the truck as well as my new shed. I am proud to be a Reeds customer and love showing it off! The crew was very polite and professional. In all matching uniforms they swiftly put together my shed. They work so well together you would assume that they were all family - a well oiled machine! Before they leave, they make sure their customer is satisfied with every last detail, all while doing so all with a smile.
I firmly believe that this is the highest quality shed that money can buy. You see it in the service, product, and the location it originates at. They also have an incredible warranty on all of their products. I sleep well at night knowing that my shed will be on my property longer than I am. I guess that why they say "If it says Reeds Ferry, you got a good one"

We ordered a "shed" for our pool house. Well not really a shed 10X16 with 2 French Double Doors, and Windows. Sales process was wonderful. They call two days ahead to confirm the instal time and date. Crew showed up on time and began unloading and staging all the parts like pieces on a chessboard. Started install quickly and extremely organized. Their efficiency and process was quite impressive. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. I have been a large commercial contractor for 30 years and was very impressed with their install crew (truck 2)

From start to finish you can not go wrong with this company!!!

We are 100% satisfied with the shed and with the entire process from start to finish. The showroom is beautiful. They had many varieties of sheds to look at. Matt, the salesman, was pleasant and informative. Most impressive were the workers who assembled the shed in our yard. James and his crew were excellent and very professional. The work they did was top notch. They also cleaned up the job site as they worked which was a big plus. Not many companies do that. At the end of the job, our place was left clean and we were very happy about that. This is a wonderful company to work with.

I replaced our old ugly metal shed with a new one from Reeds Ferry. It was a good experience. The staff was extremely helpful. They answered all my questions, took the order over the phone, and kept me informed on the delivery date. The crew arrived on time, ripped down the old shed, and put the new one up in three hours! They were fantastic -- very professional and organized! The shed looks great. My wife is thrilled (and my neighbors are jealous :) It was money well spent and I highly recommend Reeds Ferry sheds.

I have friends and neighbors that purchased sheds from Reeds Ferry that talk about how happy they are years later.  Now I see why!  They gave me so many choices on every detail like color, material, windows, ramp for riding mower, shutters, and even window boxes.  It looks and is amazing!  They helped me make it perfect for my space and even match the look of my house. And I can tell the quality is there so it will last.  I looked at box store sheds in the past but nobody could answer even the simplest questions,forget about customizing.  So happy I went with a reputable company like Reeds vs a cheaper quality box store shed.  Well worth it!

They were punctual, professional, and worked in the single-digit temperatures and heavy snow to finish the job early because much more snow was on its way. They built the cabins in panels and trucked them out to our rural site and erected up to 3 in one day. They came back for multiple days. They worked hard and the cabins look great. We have yet to use them with our campers, but we are excited to do so!

I had a very good experience at Reeds Ferry Sheds. They were professional, courteous, from the showroom to the installation and I was very pleased with it all because it is very rare today to find these qualities with businesses, contractors, etc. They were flexible with last minute changes, the shed installation was perfect and done in 2.5 hours from truck arrival to truck departure. I would recommend them to everyone I know considering getting a shed.

Can't say enough about the professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, and quality of the team from Reed's Ferry.  Nathan, Josh, and Scott were absolutely terrific! Hard working, courteous, and clean.  The product is likewise of the highest quality.  After pricing a comparable (quality) shed at Walpole Woodworkers, we saved over $3k with RF, with no charge for installation including travel from New Hampshire to Rhode Island!  RF was efficient and smart during every step in the process...from ordering (we visited on site) to delivery, to construction.  As a business professional, I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to work with a small business that so obviously has it's act together.  I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!!  (already have)

We recently bought our 2nd Reeds Ferry shed. We bought our first a few years ago and had an excellent experience; this one was for our tenants at the duplex we rent. When you buy a Reeds shed the reputation is superb. Whenever I mention I own one of their sheds people immediately tell me they are the best. The building inspector didn't even look at it because he knew it was of good quality because he has worked with them many times in the past. The workmanship is superb, and you can't beat the quality. I would not hesitate to buy yet another shed from them; three's a charm!

I have 3 Reeds Ferry Sheds (2 on rental properties for storage).
I called on Monday and explained that I had a broken window in my shed.
The very next day I came home from work and the window was fixed and fixed properly.
No fuss, no drama - they came out as promised, fixed the issue, cleaned the mess with no questions asked.
Not to mention they were very professional.
