"Mike’s professionalism and quality of work is why we have used him for 3 projects. He is always transparent with the project and on time with his deadlines. Mike is always respectful of the property and works extremely clean and organized helping you feel like you aren’t in the process of a remodel/project. I couldn’t be happier with his latest work of siding the house he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the job prior to being completed."

"This company from the woman in the office and the owners and workers are true professionals! show up on time and on budget!!! if I could I would give them 10 stars!! you don't find contractors like this company anymore!!"

"We actually hired Custom Construction Services a couple of times. Both times we were extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. Derek explained everything to us. Gave us a price that was reasonable and accurate. He met the timeline he projected. And cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The first time we hired them, it was for work done in our garage. We needed additional insulation and some parts repaired. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped it would. The second time, there was a bigger job. We needed a large room in our basement refurbished and finished with new flooring, ceiling, new recessed lighting, etc. The work done was outstanding. As my wife takes care of our toddler grandson each day at our house, this new room has become our grandson’s favorite room to play it. We are very happy we decided to upgrade this room & most of all, very pleased that we hired Custom Construction Services once again. Derek & his company are the best around. Easy to deal with. Very reasonable. Extremely talented. On time and always know what needs to be done. Just an outstanding construction business."

"we had a portion of our roof and ceiling replaced due to leaks. They were prompt, friendly, curtious and quick to complete the job."

I wish I knew about them before. they were very helpful, the office staff was topnotch, and the owner John was a pleasure to interact with, the work was done timely and the quality of their work was superb. If I have any other projects they will be the first that I call. great work guys."

"Chad and his team did great work on my extensive renovation, from design and drawings through to completion within the planned schedule. My project included all new windows and siding, building an all new bay window, addition of a master bathroom and balcony, partial renovation of a second bath, refinishing outdoor deck and replacing all railings, adding HVAC, insulation, concrete poured in crawl space. His experience is an huge before that resulted in wise guidance on layout and materials as we made many decisions. All the subs were well managed and the timing went remarkably smoothly. Great working relationship, ensuring you are satisfied at each step. Highly recommend! See before and after exterior photos."

"They came in to clean my home, cleaned and tidied up and did a better job than I could have done."

"Jon did an excellent job of transforming our outdated, broken bathroom into one that is in showroom condition. The bathroom required more work and time than anticipated and he was at our house everyday putting it all back together. We will have Jon return to our house for future jobs and we highly recommend him for any project that you are considering. Most importantly, Jon listens to and respects women. If there is a problem he will offer solutions/alternatives."
