By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. A carriage house combines garage or storage space with living space, usually in two stories, while a garage generally does not offer any living space.
