This was my third visit to Dave's Tire and Auto and I am convinced that we will continue to use them as our primary auto mechanic.  Service, price, and attention to the customer far exceeds that found at Mattie Imports VW dealership in Fall River.  I arrived a half hour late for scheduled appointment and still they were able to prioritize my service and complete it in the estimated time while I waited.  The waiting area at Dave's is pleasant and comfortable and the staff interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner.  My first visit to Dave's for service on our VW Passat required a full day of work, they gave me a ride home after dropping car off in the morning and picked me up at home to go back to get it after service was completed.  This service is complimentary and is very helpful!  They replaced tires on our Honda Accord, recommended a reasonably priced, quality tire that is appropriate for our use and not over.  When they were not able to complete service on the transmission of our VW, they recommended another quality provider nearby (Kirk's Transmission, also great service).  The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and thorough in explaining the costs of service before doing the work.  Thank you Dave's Tire for the good business!

The garage fit us in the day after a check engine light went on  for my old car.  We brought the car in early, and they diagnosed the problem as promised.  The work took longer than expected, but was on budget.  We've used the garage for 5 years, and they've always repaired things as promised and at a price that compares well to other service providers.  I return because I trust them to be honest.  Not easily found in auto care these days.

They solved the problem of bouncing I was having with my 2008 Camry LE when going over bumps or uneven roads. My front struts were leaking and yet the Toyota Dealership said it was normal. I went on the computer and found that from 2007+, many owners of of Camry's have had problem with struts.    
I find that going to a Toyota Dealership for repairs and maintenance is expensive. The last two of my Camry's I have serviced at Dave's since 1998 and they have done an excellent job.
