"We recently hired Custom Construction Services LLC for an interior painting project in my home, including painting our kitchen island cabinets, and installing 2 doors and an attic vent. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Derek took time to go over our plans, provided us with sound advice when needed, and sent estimates promptly. He was in constant communication throughout the whole process. Derek accommodated our last-minute requests, adjusted our quotes, and promptly addressed our questions or concerns over the phone. Derek’s team was incredibly professional and punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would. They took great care to protect my floors, ensuring that everything was covered and safe from any paint splatters. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. I would hire George again for another job that had "less moving parts" to it. PS His helpers are fantastic!"
