Project made more difficult due to very rocky ground next to stairs, but they were able to remove large rocks; secure uprights with cement footings; & complete an attractive, sturdy railing. "Tom worked with us to ensure our needs were met in the design and throughout the construction project and we are pleased with the end result but the communication throughout the process was challenging. We had to initiate all communication and he did not keep us in the loop frequently enough. Still has not come back to fix two defective wood rails after completing the project over 8 months ago. Very frustrating experience."
