While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

Mike did all the tile himself, the shower and the floor, and the work is flawless. Just as impressive was how he ran the job. His crew was on site at 7am every single day until the work was done.
