Charged $175 to fix a section of gutter that was leaking, The first rain after completion, it leaked all over the porch. Not fixed. Charged $875 to sand, stain and put gloss on 10 stairs. he barely sanded and only put gloss on the stairs and not stain"

He not only honored the original price, but completed the project within 2 weeks of us giving the go ahead.
