"Awful. This job was half-assed, I just got home to this crap. I was not called in advance as your quote person had informed me. I was very clear that I need t know when it would be done to survise. He said I would be called ahead of time to let me know when there is a job near me and they would come afterward. I paid almost 8,000 dollars to have that patch broken into to install a sewage cleanout!!!!! THESE PEOPLE CAME TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND COVERED THE SEWAGE CLEAN OUT WITH ALPHALT!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they came back and the pictures is the final work, beautiful ****."

"Folks reading this need to go to the Home Adviser site and read the Reviews there. I hired Rich in April 25 to demolish and rebuild my cement front stairs. He said in the contract that the work was to be completed by the end of May. Needless to say, he never did the work despite numerous promises to do it I confronted him in October and demanded my deposit back. He stated that he had to fire a bunch of people and had experienced some personal problems. He said that he would refund my deposit. When the deadline passed, I notified him that I intended to file a complaint with the Attorney General Office. He did not bother to respond. I filed the complaint. I hired Rich because of his favorable rating on Angie. I cannot conceive as to how it is possible that he attained that rating. Check out the other site and see what you think. I strongly recommend that you seek a different contractor."

Existing was poured in the early 1900’s. 3x thicker than what I think he expected along with several granite slabs I had for stairs. Andy and his guys still made quick work of it. The elevation of my existing walkway was awful. Standing water and an ice rink in the middle. I know he used 3x more fill than he expected to make it right. Laying out the new walkway he had some design suggestions that my wife loved. Again I know it was more work than he initially expected. The finished work and cleanup was great. Some contractors have an upcharge for every little thing. He stood by his quote. Being a contractor ,of a different trade myself, I could not in good conscience not pay him a little more. I still paid hundreds less than the next closest ESTIMATE. I couldn’t be happier and I will have him back in the spring to replace the other side of the house. Well done Andy and crew."
