"If you need work done promptly, with high quality, and for a fair price, HIRE COASTAL C&C!! From start to finish Claudio and his team exceeded my expectations. Claudio asked excellent questions while visiting to prepare a quote, and made a handful of recommendations that ended up saving time and money and producing a better finished product. I received the quote just a day or two later, and it was the only quote out of five different contractors that immediately seemed like a fair price for the work. The whole team; Claudio, Dan, Bruno, and Jameson, were respectful, diligent, tidy, and clearly experienced. They were able to work independently and make good decisions in real time to keep the work moving without delay. As a result, they knocked out in a week what could easily have taken two or more. Communication was very easy. Claudio responded immediately over text, and at several points Claudio or one of the team approached me to request my preference on materials and other choices. I made several comments during the work, for example asking if there was a way to fill in some existing gaps between siding planks, and without hesitation they just took care of it. They even fixed or improved at no extra cost a few existing items that obviously needed doing, but I wasn’t going to ask them to do, just because they had the tools and were already there. I requested a few larger extra items while the work was ongoing, and Claudio offered the same very reasonable pricing for the changes and fit them in with no hassle at all. At the end of the project, the work all looks great, and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Coastal Counters and Cabinets to anyone, and without a doubt I would call them first with any future project. And don’t let the name fool you, they can do framing, painting, light electrical, doors/windows, concrete, and I’m sure much more! These guys are the best!"

"Amazing team and service! We had flooding in our basement and as you can imagine it was extremely stressful. Kyle and his team made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We ended up having a late service, due to other clients they had that night. Preston showed up at 730pm with smile and determination to fix our issue. He was here until after midnight, trying everything he could. Unfortunately, we had to resort to calling the city for assistance at the sewer. Kyle,the owner, delivered excellent service with a professional, courteous, caring attitude and impressive follow-through in all phases of our interaction. We found him, his employee, Eric, and their office manager (Kyle’s aunt) to be uniformly great to work with: from first contact, through assessment and estimate, to work completion. They all impressed us with their professional attitudes. We needed a new toilet, since the one we inherited constantly malfunctioned. We have a septic system so we wanted to make sure we installed something that would not strain our system but would work reliably for years. Although I had researched options for a month, I wanted to hear what a professional would say. We asked Kyle for advice. He inspired confidence during the discussion. He recommended a great fixture, and the toilet installation was done on time, efficiently, and cleanly. He and Eric left the bathroom neat and without any kind of debris, and even though the day of installation was raining heavily there was no mess at all from coming in and out—they treated our property with respect and consideration. We are seniors, and we are paying for this work out of Social Security — so the small discount they offer was welcome, but, even more importantly, the work estimate was accurate too. No “sticker shock.” So far, we are very happy with the new setup. Kyle’s business is a small one, but a more reliable and courteous business than some of the bigger outfits we have had in the past. Hiring workmen can be ridiculously stressful and frankly occasionally infuriating. We had a small business ourselves, so I really am stunned sometimes by how badly some people run theirs. SO often I can’t get plumbers or workmen to follow through on one or more steps in my hiring process; either they don’t come on time or when promised (!), disappear after we ask for a written estimate, or charge us unnecessary fees up front. Plumbing/reliable sanitation is an essential need in every home, and can probably be a difficult profession; but it is necessary for health and well-being. What a pleasure, then, to recommend Kyle’s Fellowship Plumbing and Mechanical. They provide an professional service from start to finish."
