"The project came out well, possibly better than we first envisioned. Flavio and Andrew are conscientious workers, and have a lot of expertise. We worked together to form an idea of how we could get the most out of our small space. They were open to our ideas and input and had their own suggestions on how to make it look good. They always came when they said they were coming, and arrived early to start. Bathroom looks great, I have a new radiant heat floor that I love. They also put all new luxury vinyl plank throughout the house, and bumped out my kitchen so I now have room for more cabinets and a dishwasher. A laundry closet and a storage closet was added to bathroom, maximizing the space. In 2020, we hired this company to install a door in our living room and a large deck outside. They did a great job on that, which is why we knew they were the best choice for this renovation."

"During cleanup after a water tank leak, our disaster mitigation crew referred JMB Plumbing to repair a corroded water line to our washing machine. Jim not only took the time to go over what needed to be done to get the washer up and running again, but suggested moving the appliances to a better location in the basement, freeing up the space for the pool table my husband's been dreaming of. He came back in a day or two and was able to complete all the necessary plumbing, replacing and re-routing the old flimsy dryer vent, removing old water lines and old laundry sink, and moving both washer and dryer to their new location, all at a very reasonable price - and completed in a span of about six hours. He even included a faucet leak repair and a drain popup fix in the total price. Jim was friendly, polite, professional and an expert in his field. We'll be welcoming him back in the near future to re-install the toilet and sink in the restoration process."
