"I needed to have the electric switch/light dimmer replaced for my Dining Room light. I felt that I was grossly overcharged for their services based on the time that it took to replace the switch. I was charged a total of $257.00; which included $50.00 for the new switch and $200.00 for the labor and diagnosis. The $200.00 labor portion was exorbitant because it took the electrician only 15 minutes to replace the switch. Additionally, the electrician arrived at my home 2 hours later than the time that the appointment was scheduled for."

While he was there I had him look at an electrical panel I was considering having fixed. Roland provided an informed and honest assessment of what needed to be done to make our kitchen cabinet doors function properly - no more, no less.  Rather than replace all the hinges as I thought might be required, he replaced only one set and repaired or adjusted all the others so that all the doors are now stable and open and close as they should..  As this minimized the cost of the job, I greatly appreciated his professional integrity.  When it came to payment for his services, he even took $25 off his stated estimate because of a small, hardly noticeable, flaw in one of the repairs. 

As for the outdoor light fixture mounted above the garage door, he located one that blended nicely with the style of our home.  Further, the new fixture features easier access to the bulb when it needs replacement than the one that was original to the house, a problem that led to the globe being broken. 

Roland is pleasant to deal with and clearly knows his trade.  I will contact him again without hesitation if and when other issues arise.

"I contacted "Power Trip"(love the name and the truck is so cool!) to finish a previously started bathroom project. I guess I was a little surprised how expensive it was to install the light/exhaust fan, since I had the light/fan, hole was cut in ceiling, cutout in wall for switches was already done. However that was the "easy stuff" , from there wiring a new double switch/plug(probably easy for him), going in attic to put hose from light/fan to vent in roof(thank goodness it wasn't a 90* day). Going on roof to cut opening for vent and put in between roof shingles and caulk the vent. Needless to say what I thought was a 2 hour project, reality showed me after 4 hours perfection was reveled! And get this "ladies" he vacuumed before he left! Couldn't ask for anything more. Workmanship was excellent, job well done!
