They quickly sent a person to look at the work required, then sent pictures of the repair needed and within minutes I received their quote. I found their quote very reasonable but waited a couple of days to receive other quotes. When I decided to go with NE Flooring, just prior to the busy July 4th weekend, they immediately sent a team to make the repair the next day. They were able to do an outstanding job in repairing the floor and matching the stain on my flooring. They even came back the following day to check their work and to put another protective coating on the floor. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them."

"We took our chances and lifted a ~30 year old carpet in our daughter's room. The hard wood floors needed some work, but mostly just dirty and worn. The carpet padding has deteriorated in places, leaving a black residue. We contacted Angi and had a quote within 24 hours from Bob at Lancellotta Flooring. He was the lowest bid, but we had recommendations from other sources for him, so we hired them and they came the next week. The men were polite and clean, and they worked fast. The floor was sanded and cleaned and had it's first coat on the first day. Bob even came out on a Saturday to get the final coat done. We are very pleased with the results. The floor looks great! We will likely have them return to do more work."

We were hiring for a complete basement remodel and the owner, Tom, called immediately after submitting our inquiry to Home Advisor. Harrop & Son was 1 of 3 companies to give us a quote and they landed well ahead of the competition. Tom was professional, very detailed in his quote, and was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Honesty was a big reason I hired Harrop & Son. While the competition was ridiculously over pricing the job and looking to take advantage, Tom came in and provided me with an honest quote that was half the price of the competition but afforded double the square footage and a full bathroom, which had been out of the question for the other companies. It was clear that Tom really cared about getting you excellent value for your money. They started right on time and they blew me away with how professional and courteous they were from day 1. They made excellent use of their time and I never saw any of the crew not working. The Foreman, Rick, was excellent and I had complete confidence that when Tom was off site, Rick had everything under control.
