"Jason and his team upgraded and replaced the electrical panels, meter sockets, and most of the outlets at a multi-family property I own. They did incredible, clean, safe work. And even communicated with the tenants! They made everything easy, and the inspection passed with flying colors. Incredible job!"

"FANTASTIC work performed by Jon Billias!!! Save yourself the trouble and contact him for your rebuild/handyman/demo needs... you will NOT be disappointed!! He is priced right and has a work ethic that you just don't see anymore today. He is extremely courteous, and goes the extra mile to text when he is on his way along with updates throughout the project (much appreciated). He tore down a double linked shed that was damaged in a storm for me in a single day, which would of taken anyone else 2+ days to complete. He left the site so clean and neat that you wouldn't even know what color the structure was previously. As there wasn't even a paint chip left behind after the demo. Needless to say I am deeply impressed with Billias Restoration and have already passed the word on to 3 other friends/family to utilize his services. Now I just need to have the business card that he gave me laminated so I can rehire him without hesitation for future projects!"

Topsoil costs from $12 to $55 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. For example, screened black dirt will cost about $15 per cubic yard. Loam (soil composed of sand, silt, and clay) costs about $17 per cubic yard. Standard screened topsoil costs about $20 per cubic yard. The type of topsoil you need depends on your landscaping plans.
Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

Mulch costs anywhere from $30 to $150 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. On the inexpensive end, red and black mulch are about $35 to $40 per cubic yard, and are typically made from recycled waste wood like shredded old pallets or deck material. Cedar, cypress, and rubber mulch cost anywhere from $100 to $120 per cubic yard. A pro can help you determine the type of mulch most suitable for your landscaping needs.
Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
