"Masters Carpet Care did a fantastic job and made my home livable again. I have an elderly dachshund who urinated on our couch and another recliner that was absolutely covered in dog hair and oils. They came in and made them both look (and smell!) new again. They cleaned out tile and grout and had it back to white (it was supposed to be white?!) and sealed it as well so it is protected going forward. They've saved me before cleaning out (another) puppy "accident" from my carpets right before my wedding and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of help. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning.
