"Awful. This job was half-assed, I just got home to this crap. I was not called in advance as your quote person had informed me. I was very clear that I need t know when it would be done to survise. I paid almost 8,000 dollars to have that patch broken into to install a sewage cleanout!!!!! "Walkway retaining wall veneer with new stairs. 22,000 cost. Update from my September 2025 review. After posting my experience online review about my dissatisfaction with the work and job not being completed. We both agreed to stop the work (after one year)and Rich to send me a total of 5,000 for broken stone stairs and incomplete work. A check was sent by Rich for the additional 2,500 after my first review was posted online in September this year. Funny how that works. I also noticed that another customer had hired Rich to performed some work. Then like me Rich hired another mason to perform the work without ever finishing the job. Just like the other review Rich said he fired that person. Same story Rich told me. See a patten here, that odd or a common practice? Gave one additional star to my first review due to Rich Peavey sending the second check for 2,500."
