They were in and out in one day and cleanup was very good…

If you have issues, of which I had 2 issues for a 16 ft long gutter, do not expect any service to make correct. I have been going back and forth with them for months. They installed one gutter and screwed it up.

Xavier the sales representative is an honest and outstanding representative of his company. I also liked their 30 year warranty and the pricing was much lower than another bid I got. Quality of gutter guards also seemed very good.

Very prompt and professional. It hasnâ t rained since the gutters were installed but I know if there is a problem they will come quickly to remedy the problem. Highly recommend.

I hired them for a total roof replacement, job was completed in 2 days, their team was very professional and responsive. They came when they said they would, communicated at every turn. There'was no stress on me, they handled business and I'm a happy customer.

Henry and his team were profession and hard working. Here on time and started the job when they said they would. My roof was seriously damaged after the Aug 4, 2020 storm dropped a 60 foot tree on my house! Once they opened the roof, the work doubled as the team worked 11 hour days to replace 2 cracked support beams, 50+ splintered rafters and 20+ pieces of plywood before they could even start to install new shingles. In spite of the damage, that was much worse than anyone expected, Henry handled everything like a true pro. He assessed what needed to be done and got the supplies he needed delivered that day. His team worked incredibly hard. I was provided with pictures to support my insurance claim. Connecticut Masonry & Waterproofing, LLC took care of it all - the main roof, the garage roof, the roof repair, the chimney repair, the gutters and downspouts, even the damaged siding. The clean up was done so meticulously, at the end of the project, my property was 100% cleared of any debris, remnants and stray nails. Their work ethic and superior workmanship make this company the ONLY choice for all your house repairs. Henry and Xavier(Juan) get the job done! (And they are really nice guys.)

I never bother to write reviews, but the exceptional workmanship, customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism of Xavier and his crew deserves to be shared! I had an issue during the install of our gutters and it was resolved immediately -no agreements, no excuses -just great service! The gutters and the guards are wonderful! They look and function beautifully. I has has been over a year since the install. I climbed a ladder and looked in - no debris and my house has pine tress very close to it. My old gutters and "leaf guards" use to be a nightmare to clean EVERY YEAR! Like I said it's been a year and 3 months since the install. Today I called the company and left a message explaining I had work done last year and asked to have Xavier call me back. (I am looking to have roof work done, but purposely left out the reason for my call.) It was a test -would they think I am calling to complain about an issue and not return my call? Within minutes I received a call back from Xavier! I feel confident in recommending this company. They stand by their work. Why wouldn't they -great product, great workmanship!

I submitted a request for a quote and within minutes received a call from Xavier. He was extremely personable, straightforward, and easy to work with. He arrived at my home first thing on Monday, gave me the quote based on the work I needed done (full house gutter replacement, and adding new gutters in some areas), and had his crew at my house Tuesday morning at 0800. The job was completed with old materials hauled away by 1130. I could not be happier with the work, price, and service I received from this company. Hire them, you will not regret it!
