"He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"

"Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, showed up on time every day, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would give 5 stars for the frame work and drywall. Unfortunately the finish work was very poor. He left Large gaps around sockets, mesh was still visible on the wall in some areas, inside corners had large amounts of spackle still needing to be sanded, outside corners needed to be filled and sanded, the ceiling had so many imperfections and was not smooth. I contacted Ryan about the issues and he did say he would come back and fix it. I declined his offer."

"The agreement was $120 to cut the front & back yard. Which I venmo'd immediately. Bobby C arrived the same day, cut the front and decided to leave without finishing the back yard. He had left the job without notice and afterwards, texted me his decision to leave without providing me any opportunity to discuss his reasoning why. Despite his accusations via text, I reached out and addressed the issue with Bobby over the phone. He seemed to calm down, and then once again established an agreement with me to not only return to finish the original job but with the additional understanding that I was going to hire him as the permanent landscaper. We both were in agreement, however he never returned or contacted me since the original cut on May 9th. Because of this, I had to hire another landscaper ( not through Angie this time) And paid $130 in order to complete the job that bobby said he would but did not. The agreement was $120, he did half the work and left behind grass clippings. I want to pay him $50 and get the remaining balance refunded back to me for the inconvenience and poor customer service."
