Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. "The sales person was very friendly and took his time to explain exactly what we should expect. He showed us a video of why we were getting water in our basement and the process of installing a sump pump system. I cannot say this for the other sales people at other companies we interviewed. The day of the install the two men were 3 1/2 hours late due to being given the wrong location of our town. Who knew that there were 3 towns in PA with the same name. Once they arrived they were very respectful, polite and ready to do the job. They sectioned off work area with plastic in order to keep the dirt and dust from the rest of the house. They did their job and cleaned up well. They showed us how it would work when they were done. We feel they did a good job at what was needed. We would hire them again if needed.
