We give free estimates and can offer same day quotes in most cases. We ask for a 15% deposit for scheduling with the remaining balance due upon completion.

General Contractor/Handyman. My motto is "Doing it right at a fair price!" I usually work by myself. However from time to time depending on the size of job, I may use a sub-contractor to help. All estimates are free and very detailed so customers now exactly where the money is being spent. I do try and require financing upfront for all material and then when the job is finished the remaining balance. If the job last longer than 2 weeks, I request a portion of the remaining balance at that time and the rest when the job is completed, or every 2 weeks there after. I am Fully Licensed and Insured.

We have the most competitive pricing due to low overhead and extremely good relationships with product suppliers.
