We had no idea it needed work. A crew was on site within DAYS to start and 2.5 days later, our new roof was COMPLETE. The workers were great and left the property spotless at the end of each day. Conrad - project manager - stayed 100% on top of the daily progress, keeping us informed at all times, even with some rain issues to work around. Taylor in the office was very efficient with all billing and contacts. Another roofer wanted over 75% paid BEFORE any work was done - Joyland had very reasonable terms! MANY THANKS - great job!"

My specialty is bathrooms and kitchens w/ tile, granite tops, cabinets, and fixtures with all the trade skills and tools to build the entire project myself. If you are interested in a project review I can come to your home for one hour to look over the necessary items in question. After that I charge for any further consultations. This has worked quite well for my previous clients and has saved them a great deal of time and confusion during the project preparations. I will give you an idea of the no. days it will take to finish the job and some locations to look for tile , fixtures, and materials.

Light were replaced, but the first day the switch was wired incorrectly. Mr Raul was very professional and replaced them and showed my son they worked but the same box was connected to my Reese light which were never turned on. So when I got home I turned on the Reese lighting and we heard a big boom. Of course I thought maybe the breaker went out and went to reset but the lights still didn't come on. So I sent a text to the team to inform them on the situation and asked Raul if he could send over a Master Electrician. The next Morning I received a call from Management they wouldn't be able to send someone out and it was technically my problem. I explained we just purchased the home and it went through a full inspection including error they found and fixed before we purchased the home. Also we had the VA do another ins"

They guided me through the reserving process, how to make changes, and delivery. They even set up a site visit to check out where the tent would go. Elvin was at the site visit and in charge of tent set up and breakdown. On top of being an extremely nice guy, Elvin was smart and efficient with his team for set up. The tent was set up perfectly exactly how we drew it up. The heaters kept our guests warm all night without issue. The quality of everything was amazing. We highly recommend this company and team!"

Rick took things in stride and repaired all things as necessary. Removing the original concrete and flooring under the old floor pan,filling the hole as needed. After setting the pan the back wall was built out 2" in order to facilitate relocating water lines. These events caused the original finish date to be moved 48 hrs. Rick had kept us informed every step of the way. When completed, everything was clean,and ready to paint.(Which we will do ourselves) Again I wish to thak Rick for all he has done. A truly professional job,not to mention his originalquote was 1/3 of the quote we received from a national remodeler who will rermaimn nameless at this time. Again..THANK YOU RICK !"
