Our house sustained damage from a large tree during a recent storm. The day after the debris was cleared by the tree company, Par One came on site, tarped the roof and provided a repair estimate within a day. Shortly after working out the details with the Insurance company, Par One had our house and roof repaired within a week. Because the tree damage had left our house very vulnerable to storm damage, we appreciated the fact that the work was completed quickly thus preventing any future damage. Rick McAllister and his crew were courteous and professional in getting the work completed on time and within budget. We have used Par One's services in the past and intend to utilize them in the future

The 2 gentleman that came and did the work were great. They listened to what we wanted and provided options on how we could do it. They were excellent at clean up and it did not seem like we lived in a disaster zone while the construction was performed. I am extremely happy with Par One and will be using their services again.

We had three (3) structures to re-roof, skylights, gutters/downspouts/attic ventilation and also framing /vinyl siding installed over cement block on one of them. Initial contact with Rick and Patrick was a pleasant experience as they really listened to our ideas/needs, while offering recommendations and suggestions. A full explanation of the work was conveyed, and we really liked the “Good, Better, Best” options for the roofing. The Golden Pledge roof warranty is a great value, and we were very impressed with Fabian and the roofing team. Par One did everything they committed to and we are so pleased with the final result. (Vinyl siding matches perfectly with the architectural shingles). Simply put - cost proposal met, time frame accomplished and quality work attained. Well done!

The Par One team was wonderful! They built a garage for us with a covered deck on the back as an add on to our house. Their communication and quality of work was awesome and we have already hired them again for another project!

Par One Construction worked with me on my budget. I was not able to go over a certain amount and they helped me every step of the way. We designed the layout, picked the finishes and started. Once the project got underway there were complications with the plumbing that they addressed immediately. Kept me informed on everything that they did. Compared to a dingy old basement with little lighting, i am now pleased to say that we have a bedroom, bathroom, and a living room. Their employees were very polite and punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rick was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. The crew that actually installed the deck was not so knowledgeable, I'm not sure they have built many decks. I think they need to work on communication skills between Rick and the crew. My contract called for an access door under the deck (I told Rick it was for storage); the door was framed very nicely and looks great, but it's not even wide enough to get a deck chair in, so there goes the storage, but at least we have access if we need to get under there. I didn't complain about the access door because there were already so many other things my husband brought to Rick's attention. They made lots of rookie errors in cutting, trim work, etc. Things like a 14 foot deck board that for some reason had been cut in two and screwed together in between joists with no support. Deck boards were used on the railings and stairs instead of flat boards. They couldn't figure out how to attach the frames that are supposed to cover the brackets used on the railing so they ended up gluing them. All of the issues have been addressed, and the deck is beautiful, but the whole experience left me with a not so wonderful feeling. It also took a lot longer than we had anticipated - they were working on the deck on and off for 3 weeks! To top it off Rick said we didn't need a county permit, just a township permit. We specifically stated in the beginning that we wanted him to pull the permits needed. Yesterday I got a letter from the county that said we did need a permit. So I'm filling it out and sending it in myself. The deck did turn out nice and I love it, so I guess it was worth all the trouble, but I wouldn't be able to recommend this company to anyone.

verbal estimate was high, I moved on.

After settlement and monies obtained, sat with contractor to finalize all details.  Spent 3 hours with contractor who left and did not hear from him for 2 weeks after several messages left inquiring.  Finally contractor called and left voice message stating he was not going to do job.  Would not return calls.  eventually returned calls.  Left homeowners scrambling to find new contractor, obtain new bid and to have job started within 2 weeks (30days after settlement) so homeowner would not loose the monies allocated by FHA.  Very Unprofessional!  Would not recommend.

They are very professional.  They came in and presented their proposal for the job and they did exactly what they said they would.  We would recommend them very highly.

They did a very good job and I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They are nice, fast and family oriented. I will use them again in the future.

So far no more leaks. Would highly recommend for all your roofing issues.  Ask for Rick.
