"Fabiano and his son did an excellent job. The house is over 100 years old and one is always braced for collateral damage when doing work like removing an old staircase and installing a new one. The removal went smoothly with no problems and the new staircase is beautiful. The work is quality and everything was clean when done. We are extremely happy with the new stairs. "We asked Petru and his colleague to remove the floor grout in our large bathroom, which had become badly soiled and discolored. We had an electric tool which my husband had used to remove grout successfully in other rooms. Unfortunately the tile in our bathroom was ceramic tile that could not withstand the vibration of the tool without chipping.We talked about removing the tile and putting in new,but we asked them to just try removing the grout first, They did it BY HAND. It took all day but they were successful. The next day it was sealed, and the floor looks like new!"
