I called to schedule on a Wednesday and Jeff and Adam were able to come the next day (after working hours to accommodate my schedule). They were in and out in an hour, it was all very impressive. They demo'd their invention and barely had to move any furniture. They were neat and organized. Our carpets look great. I will say the price was a little higher than I expected (our rooms are very small), but, the lifetime stretch warranty made it worth it and it was a no brainer to have them complete the job. I declined to pay extra for deep cleaning of one room where David felt it was needed. David did a quick and thorough cleaning of the rugs. I negotiated to pay extra to also have our steps and sofa cleaned. Very happy with the service---will probably use them again next year."
