I hired Michael from snapp flooring everything was fine getting him out to do the floor but he didn't replace the floor correctly I called him to come back out he wasn't responding when he finally called me back he told me to buy more flooring he would come back out he is now ignoring all my calls and texts after I paid him and spent more money to buy more flooring

Extremely professional. Charged by square footage of overall job, not hourly which other services do to run up costs. My job was 520 square feet with transition pieces installed and quarter-round. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent work and completed in a professional manner. Mike took extra time to explain proper care for the floor and how to use wood putty if there is an issue on the baseboards/quarterround in the future.
