AJ did everything he could, short of coming to assess the problem in person (because of Covid), to address the issue I was having with water in the back of my house. He is very responsive and very knowledgeable! I walked him through the problem over facetime and afterwards he gave me a clear assessment of what exactly was happening (in a way I could understand) and instructions as to what to do to fix it. It ended up being a problem that had to be addressed by a roofer, but I wouldn’t know that without AJ. I definitely recommend AJ if you need a knowledgable and reliable home water expert! "I casted a huge net and got quotes from a lot of companies. AFS sent Eric out to give me a estimate. With in minutes I knew this guy was smarter than the average bear. Some other companies were only there 5 min. This guy clearly had some sort of engineering back ground. The work order he drew up was exactly what I need done no more no less. The total was about a thousand cheaper than every one else. Then came the work crew. You talk about fast and efficient. These guys had everything laid out, unloaded and started digging with in minutes. The Forman went over the game plan and what to expect. 3 hrs later they were done, my house was back perfect, you couldn’t even tell than had been there. AFS Exceeded my expectations from the top to bottom. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my house but them."

"We hired Jm Drafting&Contracting for an addition and remodel of our home. Specifically we closed in our old porch and converted it to a living room and added a master bedroom with a bathroom on the upper level. They also remodeled our kitchen and dining room. In addition to that they replaced all the flooring through out the house and the roof. The project took about 2 1/2 months from start to finish. We are very pleased with everything that was done and would recommend them for future work."
