"The purchase of the new refrigerator in the store went well. The delivery of the new refrigerator and removal of the old (failed) refrigerator went very poorly. During removal of the old refrigerator the delivery team caused damage to our home (stairway, doorframe and door). The store owner would not accept responsibility for the damage and refused any consideration to compensate for the cleanup and repair necessitated as a result of the damage."
