"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

We did concrete countertops! New windows, and they also did new doors for me as well. Not only did they work with me on concept of the kitchen, but worked around a much needed doggy door, that they installed and went out of their way to make a built-in step to help them with the out side extra depth, now that is looking after your client and it's pets. "It went well.  All repairs where done professionally and as quoted.  They were flexible with times for my schedule.  Found an issue that needed to be addressed outside of what they were there to do (it was an obvious issue once you knew what to look for it was not them trying to create work - I could see it and recognize the issue).  They scheuled and performed that repair.  They could improve a little on timely communication, but nothing that could not be worked through and work was and staff were professional
