I recently hired LMB Paint LLC in Pennsylvania, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. One of my main concerns was that the workers who arrived at my home seemed inexperienced and were strangers not only to me but also, apparently, to the manager. Based on conversations recorded by my security cameras, it appeared that these individuals had not worked with the manager before. This raised serious questions about the company's responsibility and oversight. It was unsettling to have unfamiliar and seemingly unsupervised individuals in my home. Furthermore, the only painter I was familiar with didn't show up for a week, leaving the job incomplete. The company left the work unfinished and requested more money to continue, suggesting that it would be difficult to find other professionals in the area. This felt unprofessional and added unnecessary stress to the project. Additionally, it seemed that the manager, Luis, tended to put the work "on hold," which further delayed completion. I also felt that the manager had different rules that did not align with Pennsylvania regulations regarding home improvement contractors. Overall, I was not happy with the services at all. I strongly recommend that you do not start any work with them without a written contract, and please pay special attention to not give a down payment. You may risk losing your money. I believe it's important for a company to ensure that their clients are comfortable with the personnel they send, especially when working inside someone's residence. If you're considering their services, I strongly recommend being present during the work or ensuring you know who will be in your home.

Luis and his team were here early every day, knocked out a huge indoor paint job in a few days that was so good that I added on an outdoor front porch job that looks incredible. They went above and beyond sanding stencil paint off the walls, and pulling off mirror stickers and moving a wood pile for part of the outdoor paint job. They did a great job and were in and out in a short time, and also recommended another great general contractor for other jobs I needed done around the house. Professionals like this are hard to find in this area - they're a great find.

LMB did a fantastic job. My house looks brand new. Prompt and Professional Service. Luis and crew also fix my gutters and some minor woodwork. Luis and crew did an excellent job. Total job was powerwash exterior, caulk, paint house and stain decking. Also recommended an individual for new screening. All in all, a good experience.

LMB went beyond my expectations. Luis was so helpful and patient. Image sending a text in the middle of the night about a color change and the next day Luis was just as professional and patient as he always was. He also found someone to repair my siding before painting. He even changed my doorknobs. I could go on and on, but I think you get it. By the way my house looks GREAT. Still Smiling. Thanks again. LMB was amazing! i just purchased a home and he went there when i was not even in the state and power washed my decks , painted them and even did some other work for me . i was amazed when i went to the house and saw what a great job he did , he kept in touch with me and sent picture's of before and after .. i will use him again for sure
