"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Went very well.  I was concerned when he had to open a wall in living room for the duct work, but he assured me that when he was done, I wouldn't know he did any work there, and he was absolutely right. Wall looks the same as it did before, you can't tell it had two big holes in it.  Love my new bathroom.  After tearing out the fiberglass tub surround, he had to fix the wall and then waterproofed everything.  Chris did a great job on the tile, looks wonderful. I'm very happy with my new bathroom.

"Overall I would give the provider an adequate mark on the entire project now that the repairs to the original work are done.
I was glad that they did not even attempt to charge any more money to complete what I felt I had already paid for.
I would consider using this provider again.  I would also make sure that  the original contract was completed in detail with what I exactly expected to be done for the quoted price.
Alick Smith does have a year's warranty on the work they do on your home. That was what saved us on this project.  If they only warrantied their work for 30 days I do not believe I would be reporting this positive outcome.
