Get matched with top property appraisers in Williamsport, PA

Not into property evaluations done remotely. My rating is based on the lack of this recommendations usefulness for my needs. Hard to beleve this is the only company they have covering Pennsylvania

Very nice to talk to dressed to work mowed my lawn and trimming after coming from previous job. Was 6:00 pm when he came to see the property, was going to rain next day so he mowed my lawn that evening. In my book that's A+. Satisfied a lot!

He was great.  He got to the property and got the job done with out any hassles or problems.  I wish I could find someone this easy to work with here in PA.  He had the job done before I was done with my drive to PA. He told me to just send a check when I get to PA and get settled in.

It turned out ok. They had a knowledgable person, a good look at the property and told us similar information we had gotten from a different place. They were prompt and complete in their analysis.

I would rate them A across the board.  I recently sold a property.  R&J Ertel wasn't available, and the realtor had to get another company in to look at the A/C unit.  The other provider was more expensive than R&J Ertel.
