I have left several voicemails and at least 30 texts with no response. Just this morning I called and the call was answered and all I heard was the owner talking to someone else. I have never seen any company that has been so hard to contact and will not communicate after making a quote and having it accepted. Since this is my experience using Angi I am woefully disappointed. I have received another quote ,which is close to twice as much as the quote from CW, that I am going to accept. I hope my experience is better. "I interviewed 3 people involving concrete and tying in a french drain and he explained everything in such a way that it was very detailed very good. I was so impressed with him that I have hired him for 5 other jobs. He goes above and beyond. Sometimes he'll tie in small jobs into the larger project. I wish all contractors were like him. He is there on sight himself which is very important. He does not leave your job for someone elses job. He will stay until your job is done. Everything is out in detail on the contract.
