"S&M Painting and Restoration is a great firm to retain to have work completed on your home or business. They performed reconstruction of wood trim around dormers, screen porch and roof trim (three stories high). Excellent work. They also did fantastic work painting the house. Retaining S&M to do both the wood restoration and painting in one project saved a lot of money and made managing the project / contractors much easier. Mike, the owner of S&M, is a great person to work with. He is an exceptionally hard worker, hands on at the job, with a great team of people working with him. Mike stayed many nights until dark to keep the job on track. One of the greatest qualities of MIke and S&M is that they are willing to go the extra mile on anything that needs a little extra work. They do not nickel and dime you with change orders, extras, etc. The final price was exactly what they quoted. I would highly recommend Mike and S&M for any project. "
