The garbage disposal was replaced in a timely manner. He was neat and clean and polite. He also changed the water filter in my refrigerator and showed me how to change it myself for the next time. I would use Chapel Handyman again, I was very happy with the work .

EXCELLENT! Todd responded quickly to my request for an in home estimate. VERY fair price for the work we needed. Was prompt to arrive for appointment and finished work scheduled and even cleaned up area after completion better than we expected. HIGHLY recommended ! Give him a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

He did a wonderful job installing our kitchen flooring/cabinets/counter, and trim work in our previous home. After moving to our new home, he installed a hot water heater. He did excellent work with that install. Recently we thought our tub and shower faucet needed replacing. Upon arriving to check the issue, he discovered it only need a “repair” and gave us a choice of the installation of a new faucet outfit, or just the repair. That repair saved us a large sum of money that wasn’t needed. We appreciated his honesty with that job. We appreciate the work ethic Mr. Perschke has, and would call on him again if needed. His took pride in his workmanship, and cleanliness when he was in our home. We recommend him and would call him if needed again.
