Fast, efficient, great pricing, very neat, I better call them quickly every time I need tree and bush service.

Sooooo...we need some shrubbery removed from our front landscaping, I got three estimates- The least expensive being from Jungle Jim ? on Sept 1st... I called within a week to schedule the appointment and was told that I needed to be delayed until the end of October because he was also going to evaluate a giant tree in our backyard and he wanted to do it when there were no leaves on the tree... I called yesterday to set the appointment up, a reply message on my vm stated very rudely that our job was "too small to schedule and they only make appointments for thousands of dollars of work" I was expected to simply wait by the phone on a daily basis for their phone call to say that they would be over in 30 minutes to do the work and if I couldn't accept them that day then they went on to the next person ? When I called back and left a message, I expressed how rude and diminishing the refusal to schedule an actual appointment was, that if my $250 job was not worth their time I would give my money to someone else... I have never in my life had someone conduct business in this way! In the end we are not giving our money to Jungle Jim ? and his ridiculous Secretary?‍? who clearly has no formal training on how to communicate with people she is expecting money from? Any recommendations for Tree ? Removal companies NOT run by total idiots?

We have used Jim's service over a number of years. Their response is quick and their quotes and prices are good. We have been very pleased with the service and have recommended them to many people over the years.

Jungle Jim's did a great job on removing a dead cherry tree and cleaning up after the job. Price was very fair. I would call them again.

Jungle Jim and his crew arrived promptly on the day they were scheduled and took down an enormous tree and remove the roots over the course of 5 to 6 hours. In addition their secretary was excellent in arranging early scheduling and communicating with us. We would definitely hire jungle gym again.

Arrived on the day agreed on and on time. Cleaned up a fallen tree and cut down another. Cleaned everything up like they were never here. I have used Jim before and I will keep using his service.

Jungle Jim's did a very professional job with my big red maple, which was diseased and had to go. The price was very good, and the 5-man crew had all the necessary heavy equipment including a "buket" truck and a serious stump grinder. They worked hard, fast, and clean, and they were pleasant and courteous as well as industrious. Jim even threw in a small extra stump removal as a "freebie," at no charge. I feel comfortable recommending them.

It was difficult to get scheduled on my end, but totally worth it! Removed a huge dead pine tree, two trees that were very close to my house, trimmed some large limbs, took out some bushes and a few small nuisance trees, plus cleared out a bunch of saplings and bushes and yard debris out of the back. Worth every penny.

Fantastic. I watch the whole process of cutting the trees. All the guy worked so well together. I just love looking out my living Room window now that the trees don't interfere with the view.

Extremely pleased with the crew! Arrived on time and finished the the job quickly. Cleaned everything up. Can't even tell they were here except for small stump mound that has to settle. I would definitely hire these guys again and recommend them to everyone.

I was amazed at how the crew was able to cut down the trees without damage to our home or property. The tree was so tall and wide but they managed to control the falling debris without any damage or injury. They were amazing in their work and courteous at all times. I had interviewed 6 other companies and I am so glad I made the right choice when I picked Jungle Jim. They were on time every day and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We are repeat customers. I called and asked for an estimate. I was told this was their busy season (June). They would give me the estimate as soon as they could, and then there would be a three to four week wait because of other customers ahead of me. A week passed without an estimate. I called again. I received the estimate the next day. Three weeks passed without the work being done. We needed to go out of town for several days, so I called and asked them if they would NOT come while we were out of town. We discussed several other days that would suit our schedule the following couple weeks, which I appreciated. They came on one of the days we were available. The chainsaw used on the tree by the house left saw dust all over the roof because the tree was growing so close to the house. They used a leaf blower to remove the saw dust from the shingles. They also used a leaf blower to clean up the saw dust on the driveway and sidewalk, other areas of the lawn, and also the street. The bobcat was used to haul the heavy trunks and left a number of deep, muddy ruts in the side yard. No attempt was made to level the ruts. I didn't expect them to plant grass seed where they ran the bobcat (although I would have given them a higher rating if they had done that) but I had expected them to smooth the yard when they were done with the bobcat. There was some damage done to landscape shrubs (which we didn't care about) because the tree branches and trunks were simply cut off and allowed to fall to the ground. If you care about your shrubs or having some pockmarks in your lawn from where the trunks hit the ground, pay the extra money for a company that ties a rope to each piece and lowers them to the ground to avoid damage of any kind. We chose this company because we were more concerned about how we could reduce the cost of tree removal, and less concerned about the shrubs and grass.

Jungle jims use ample amount of employees to get job done effectively within a short time span. They were very professional, worked safely and cleanup was fantastic. THE PRICE WAS BY FAR THE LOWEST BID IN COMPARISON TO FIVE OTHER COMPANYS!
