When they started the install, took their time to get everything perfect. Constantly checking for level and plum of all units, ducts, plumbing, and even wiring. Explained what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Both Will and Rob very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. I worked in the plumbing wholesale for 20 years, so I know a bit about was going on. The new technology is amazing. They installed a 96 percent efficient furnace with a 16 seer a/c unit by Amana. Came with a lifetime warranty on the a/c compressor and furnace heat exchanger, the two main components.
They did an excellent job. All the old units were taken away and site was completely cleaned cleaner than before they started. Will even filled out the rebate form from the electric company for me.

"Our expansion tank blew off the hot water tank on a Friday night. We had to turn off the water to the house to prevent flooding. We contacted Bucci Plumbing's emergency service. They coudn't send anyone until Saturday morning. Our plumber arrived early, calling ahead to make sure we were available, and swiftly viewed the problem. He left to get parts and returned quickly, In about an hour he had removed the old tank, fixed the bad job done by a previous installer, and has a new tank properly installed. We have used Bucci for many years now, and None of their repairs has ever broken, caused problems for other contractors, or given us any cause to worry."
