"We can't express enough our genuine gratitude on the awesome job Mike and Nick did refacing numerous 7 yr. old painted cabinets. Totally unbelievable! They refaced all the kitchen cabinets up to our ceilings. Made legs for our granite kitchen table along with other custom things my husband wanted and refaced a powder room cabinet to the ceiling. The guest bathroom was also refaced. Finally, my bathroom was completely transformed. They added shelves to an enormous to the ceiling quadruple linen closet. Heightened and customized a large countertop, installed a larger sink plus added 2 additional drawers to my existing 4 drawers. Useless space under the sink, they put in a huge slide-in drawer. They can and will make anything you need or want and absolutely go above and beyond. Mike, Nick and Cheryl are extremely professional, personable and accommodating. We admire their super strong work ethic (never late and minutes for a lunch break). Always respectful and then hustled to finish a days work with smiles on their faces. I wish you could see all the work they did. They deserve 10 stars and the wait was well worth it--trust me. They were meticulous. Perfection at the highest level!!!! All this work was done in 4 days. "The scope of work (Replacement kitchen & two full baths + New Powder room) in a five bedroom twin residence constructed 1905 was extreme. Additionally, the house was not entirely vacated in process and also contained two professional music studios with assets worth over $350K. In a structure nearly 115 years old, surprises regarding demolition and reconstruction were inevitable. DR was consistently pro-active and on top of all challenges. Especially impressive was their extremely and beyond competitively priced fees for surprise electrical remediation, new sewer & water lines, foundation and floor leveling remediation, and overall cooperation, understanding, and partnership to make the entire renovation a very pleasing success. Additionally, DR's design counseling was spectacular. Lauren created beautiful solutions for seemingly impossible challenges that continue to please every day. Working with DR may appear to be more costly than trying to act as your own General Contractor -- which BTW I was prior too retirement -- but the end product is beyond more seamless and way beyond what can be accomplished by trying to coordinate one's own trades people. On a weekly and daily basis, I was informed who would be working that week and/or day and what they would be doing. As a woman, I felt my questions and concerns were taken seriously. Ken, co-owner and project manager of Mr. Contractor, and his team take professional service very seriously as Ken, would often say our overall goal is to please the customer. Indeed, they did! *Very well managed large project finished on schedule!!! Our project was a complete basement overhaul and new bathroom on the first floor. From a new dug out cement floor to sheet rocked and painted walls, enclosed closets, open shelving to new vinyl flooring and a separate utility room our basement was transformed! I still get tears in my eyes as I walk down the basement stairs!! *Excellent quality of work by seasoned craftsmen!! Mr. Contractor has their own permanent crew of workers that have 15-20 years’ experience working with the family-owned business established in 1949. I was very impressed with their apprentice/mentoring approach to developing their team of craftsmen someone with less experience worked closely with an experienced craftsman. *The work was reasonably priced and negotiated. "Great , Bob explain step by step what he was doing . After going through a crawl space and finding it wasn’t going to work he explained how he was going to resolve the situation and make it work that he can reach the pipes and insulate the pipes correctly! All this was done in my laundry room . They cleaned up so nicely no dirt left behind ! I also ask if Bob could fix the trim on our garage door and the trim on the garage roof when ever he had time . At the end of the day he took the time to explain all the work he did started with the laundry room explaining details then took me outside and showed me they fixed the trim on the door and garage roof ! I’m very pleased and happy with the work . Bob and his team went above and beyond . Bob and the guys are very friendly and professional will definitely hire them back . Definitely recommend these hard workers."

"Great , Bob explain step by step what he was doing . After going through a crawl space and finding it wasn’t going to work he explained how he was going to resolve the situation and make it work that he can reach the pipes and insulate the pipes correctly! All this was done in my laundry room . They cleaned up so nicely no dirt left behind ! I also ask if Bob could fix the trim on our garage door and the trim on the garage roof when ever he had time . At the end of the day he took the time to explain all the work he did started with the laundry room explaining details then took me outside and showed me they fixed the trim on the door and garage roof ! I’m very pleased and happy with the work . Bob and his team went above and beyond . Bob and the guys are very friendly and professional will definitely hire them back . Definitely recommend these hard workers."
