From beginning to end, Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. We received detailed cost estimates that were accurate and competitive with other contractors we spoke to. The level of protection that was installed was top notch. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent, I couldn’t find a single issue when work was complete. Mike did a great job communicating with us on decisions we had to make and the schedule for the work throughout the project. We love the result of our bathrooms and had a great experience working with Apex!"

Especially impressive was their extremely and beyond competitively priced fees for surprise electrical remediation, new sewer & water lines, foundation and floor leveling remediation, and overall cooperation, understanding, and partnership to make the entire renovation a very pleasing success. Additionally, DR's design counseling was spectacular. Lauren created beautiful solutions for seemingly impossible challenges that continue to please every day. Working with DR may appear to be more costly than trying to act as your own General Contractor -- which BTW I was prior too retirement -- but the end product is beyond more seamless and way beyond what can be accomplished by trying to coordinate one's own trades people. I was not ok with the side wall design being lower than the lawn. Owner Stephen Q. was verbal aggressive when I asked him to fix it. Neighbors came out. He threaten to remove the wall. Owner explain- property on slope, pay him. Cashiers checks written to owner and not in company's name ($1,900 and $2,200) per owner's request. To fix the misaligned side wall cost est. $2,200 per another contractor. Waiting for est. to fix lawn. Photos taken at a distance are deceiving. Must review up close. Photos attached. Older woman just trying to update my home."
