"I called around 9:30 AM Friday and someone immediately answered. I was given a number to send a photo of the window for an estimate and an appointment was scheduled for 2:30-3:30 that afternoon. Communication was great, we did everything via text, and they even let me know when the technician was on his way. Rick arrived at around 2:30 wearing a mask and was done in less than an hour. They were very accommodating, professional, and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them and hire again. Oh, and do yourself a favor and call the number listed here instead of going through Angi's List "Request a Quote" option which is unreliable IMO. I tried that first on Thursday, waited 24 hours to see if I would get a response, and only got an email from HomeAdvisors which is now teamed up with AL. Just go straight to the source."

There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all.
