"Logan and Ben were awesome. Logan came to clean my dryer vent and realized there was more of a problem. They ended up replacement the full vent pipe throughout my basement ceiling. They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. They were polite, clean and very professional. They updated me every step of the way and completed the job the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service. "

We operate with a single crew that focuses on one project at a time. Estimates are free. Detailed landscape drawings have a design fee. Fee amount is dependent upon the size/scope of your project. Design fee will be credited toward project cost upon customer commitment. We request a deposit of 35% prior to job start. Balance is due upon project completion. Subcontracting is rare. "I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"They give me estimate on a parking spot area for off street parking in dec. 2024 gave them the application for the permits for curb cut and parking area call them many times to find out if they submitted the permits to the borough after a month, they finally called me a said they did and they were waiting on the borough for the permits. So now it is march and so i called them to find out about the permits for the work and again no answer, so I went to the borough office, and they told me they did not put the paperwork in for the permits, so they lied to me I ask them many times if the wanted the job and they said yes must be a lie as well for my calls attempts by phone to have them do the job. I never heard back from them. All I want is a answer yea or no that they would do the job. Very disappointed"

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
