"Derek and team have been to our house twice and soon a third time. Derek came the night we moved in and gave us a quote for some urgent work. The team fit us into the schedule and knocked out one large room and a fire place. The quality of work was AMAZING. They just came back and did our dining room, entry way and three other rooms. Will have them back again in spring to finish the remainder of the house. I highly recommend their services! PS - they also do deck staining and tile. Will be inquiring about that as well."

"I hired University Painters to paint the exterior of my house. They actually gave me a quote in January 2022 and honored that quote in the summer of 2023. The house had not been painted since the 90's so you can imagine the paint chips when they power washed the house. They picked up most of the paint chips (Yes!). We also had a couple of bushes that needed trimming so they could reach the house. They took care of this. Overall we were very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again."

"Miguel Amaya did work on my neighbors driveway and so we inquired about doing a patio in our yard. Miguel came over gave a quote and completion time-line. Miguel possesed all 4 qualities so we decided to go with the patio. We discussed design and paver color combination. Miguel assured me the As the project started we decided to add benches and some landscaping on the side of the house and behind the patio. Miguel and his crew were all very polite kind and thorough. The workmanship is incredible and Miguel takes pride in his work so every aspect is checked. The project came out better than I expected and I am beyond pleased. We now have an additional living space where we can entertain and host gatherings I am extremely satisfied with the patio. Its absolutely beautiful. "Dan and Tyler did an excellent job. We had them paint the fellowship hall at our church. They painted the walls and doors, installed molding around one of the doors, and replaced some ceiling tiles had were damaged. We have used Dan for other jobs around the church. He installed a new railing at the entrance to the church, installed wainscoting and painted the interior of the sanctuary. I have used him at our house. They are our go-to company for jobs around our house as well. Last year they installed a new sliding patio door in our family room. I don't bother getting other estimates from other companies. I know others will probably be higher in price and I know that Dan will do an excellent job. I recommend him highly."

"The test results were as expected, giving me confidence in the company and the gentleman doing the testing.  Their recommendation was to put it a sump pump/french drain to prevent future leaks, but they didn't mention mold remediation.  Not sure if they offered that service or not, but would have considered them for the inside work.
I preferred to dig outside, fill in the mortar in the cracks, seal around any pipes and then seal the entire wall with rubberized coating (two coats)with professional grade products.
