"Awesome! I worked with Ed at Main Line Kitchens to design our kitchen during a very stressful whole house renovation / expansion. To say he worked with me is an understatement. Ed might just have earned his counselor credentials as he guided me through some uncertainties, even calling me late one night from home after receiving a distressed email about a decision I was making. He ultimately helped steer me towards a cabinet line that fit my desired look, features, timeline, and budget and helped me see the pros and cons of the choices made along the way. He never pressured me and was able to accommodate a seemingly impossible timeline. He even came out to measure twice without complaint when my contractors weren't ready the first time -- not at all his fault -- but he was gracious and kind and took it in stride. Ed was personable and easy to work with and I never felt like a number in his book. When we received our cabinets I wasn't happy with a couple doors (normal issues you would anticipate with a large order and a perfectionist on the receiving end) Ed worked with the vendor and had them replaced and shipped immediately to me and the job wasn't delayed. The vendor even called direct to ensure I was happy with the replacements. It is clear MLK has a strong reputation with their suppliers. Ed was quick with recommendations for other vendors when I needed materials fast for flooring, countertops, etc. and all the other vendors knew and respected Main Line and Ed. Our new kitchen is truly the center of our home and we have Ed to thank for bringing it all together. I would recommend Ed and MLK to anyone in need of kitchen design services and cabinetry. In fact, I already have. I did my due diligence and shopped around and was very happy with the competitive pricing that came along with the white glove service and hand holding I received through this process. The expertise from the team at Main Line can't be matched. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."
