You will not find reliability or sound craftsmanship like this. I only sub-contract if needed and the customer is always informed. Each contract is negotiated differently and I always find a way to work with the customer to come to agreeable terms.

They really worked with me on a custom treatment and estimate. It was a very courteous and professional interaction and they really put my mind at ease. It only took a short period of time for the treatment and I have signed up for a quarterly plan to avoid this happening again. They provided a detailed report of the services rendered and recommendations to help keep my home free of pests. I can’t stress enough how amazing this experience was, as my son and I were very destressed knowing there were pests in the house."

"We asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others."

Yes, there’s a chance you will still see fleas after bombing since it takes about 24 hours for fleas to die off. If your infestation is severe or fleas are hiding in inaccessible areas, you’re even more likely to see a few remaining stragglers inside your home. If this is the case, you may want to contact your exterminator and see what your options are for removal or treatment.

Brown recluse spiders—and other species of spiders—invite themselves into your home in search of a warm, dry, dark spot with easy access to insects. Food sources, like the insects that live in your house, often attract spiders to your home, so if you’ve got a bug problem, you’ll probably have spiders moving in quickly.

We recommend using diatomaceous earth to create roach repellent barriers outdoors. Most oil and spray applications will quickly wear down in outside weather, so they aren’t as much use  in the outdoors. If you are really struggling with an outdoor roach problem, we suggest looking for pet-safe bait traps you can set.

In addition to a clean home, fleas dislike oils made from plants that are naturally bug-resistant or poisonous to bugs. That includes myrtle, mint, eucalyptus, and especially cedar oil. Common household remedies like baking soda, garlic and apple vinegar don’t have any effect on fleas. Don’t spray essential oils directly on your own skin or your pets (and their bedding, because it can be a skin irritant. Stay away from tea tree oil. In pure form it can be very toxic to pets. Always ask your vet if you have any questions.

Spiders are not typically attracted to bedding as a primary source of food or shelter, but they sometimes inadvertently end up there. Spiders can hitch a ride on your clothing, belongings, or through open windows and doors. The underside of a bed, especially if it's near a wall or corner, can provide such a sheltered spot where they can hide and build webs. Dust and clutter under your bed can create ideal hiding places as well. If your room has other insects like flies or mosquitoes, spiders may be drawn to the area in search of prey.
