He does exactly three of our buildings. Every time we have an emergency, I call him and he comes right off. He has actually taken care of the problem. I've never had an issue with them. He's very prompt. He will always show up for you. He's a really nice guy. He is very accommodating. He's reasonably priced. I called him and he was here within an hour and a half. He started working with his dad. I've used them since 2007. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I hired Paul to do all my business's and apartment.  He was friendly and courteous to all my tenants and he was priced lower than anyone else I called.  he is now going to be on contract with me.  I was very happy with his services.
