He was back within 2 weeks and completed the job.  Paid the deposit, and he didn't ask for final payment until the project was completely done.  Would recommend him and his product.

The glass has argon gas between the double pains which provides much needed insulation from the cold air. All debris was removed and a full demonstration of how the window should be cleaned and how the door functions was provided."
