"Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."

"I made a call to 2 Hour Glass at 8:01am and had a quote 5 minutes later. With my window being a bit of an emergency they were able to accommodate same day.
