Easy Breeze

Eric contacted me shortly after I made a request on Angi to have an 8 X 8 beveled mirror removed from my dining room wall. He came back to me quickly with a price that I felt was very reasonable. He honored my request to have him come at a specific time and date a few days later. He arrived very promptly, brought into my home a drop sheet to protect my floor in the event any of the glass broke while taking the wall down along with his tools. He was very careful not to nick any of my furniture. He explained to me the mechanics of taken down the wall which I found very educational since I never had this done before. He took the wall down within a very reasonable amount of time and very pleased by the fact that he did not break the glass into pieces that fell to the floor but rather he removed in large sections. I was very appreciative most of all at the fact that he did not damage my drywall where the mirror was, thus saving me the cost of having to replace drywall. Eric was very pleasant to deal with and I would certainly recommend him to other potential customers.

I had a hard time finding a business that would replace glass in existing windows versus full replacement windows. A company that did not service the area gave me a number that turned out to be Angi. They referred me to Hernandez Glass. I received a call very quickly after the referral information was taken. Mr. Hernandez came out within days to complete an estimate. He was friendly and understanding of my elderly mother not letting him in the house though it was quite warm outside. He gave me an estimate of when the glass would be expected from his supplier and he was accurate. There was a misunderstanding about when the install would take place but not a big deal. The day of the expected install he called and stated he was on a job that took longer than expected and that he would not make it. He set it for another day but I advised the length of time I would be at my mother's if things should change. I was very pleasantly surprised when he showed up late the same afternoon after all. Mr. Hernandez and his helper completed the 3 windows, one being quite large, neatly and completely though it was very, very warm and there was no air conditioning in said areas. He seemed to not want to disappoint my hospitalized mother who was looking forward to having the work done. He was courteous at all times throughout the entire process. I have already recommended a friend try Hernandez Glass for a door with a broken glass. Wishing him continued success.
