Based on my description of work needed, (install a chandelier at about the 18’ height) he gave me quote and projected a callback where we agreed upon the date. "The company is absolutely at the professional level, from the secretary, the estimate provider, to the crew. Especially to the crew, I liked their professionalism, courtesy, and communication. The supervisor Joe was very clear and quick in understanding the scope of the work, and in explanation to my questions. He communicated very clear before the work started and after the work was done. The crew worked hard, and no loud music which was greatly appreciated as my whole family worked and studied at home at the time. What I liked the most was that both Joe and the crew were happy to do what I requested, such as a little bit of extra caulking and patching here and there, even after they already used up the mixed concrete.
