"Dan's crew were excellent.  The bathroom needed repair prior to painting; he really worked with me.  Next, the  livingroom ceiling needed to be replaced with sheetrock, trim needed to be removed, some furniture needed to be moved..  Everything was completed in a professional manner; plastic was covering a bay window, the entrance between the livingroom and dinningroom; the molding was carefully removed, the sheetrock was installed, taped and painted.  Dan and his crew continued with two coats of paint in the livingroom, up the stairs and landing.  They were awesome.  The bathroom looks great.  He's currently working on another job for me.  And yes, I did use Dan again--I was pleased with everything.  During the first job, I was very sick but his crew took over andwere very professional with everything.

"I called Juan because of his stellar reviews on Angies list.  I had called also called three more companies to compare prices.  Juan responded back with a text within a hour of my call and suggested that email was the best way to communicate with him and asked me what my project consisted of.  After a brief email exchange over 2 days, Juan estimated my job and asked if his crew could come to complete the repairs within the next few days. Juan was the only contractor to respond to my call within a reasonable time frame (48 hours).  His quoted price was a little higher than I expected, especially since i was providing the sheet of drywall but I don't mind paying for quality work and good communication. 
We agreed that his team would arrive between 9am and 11am.  Unfortunately, no one had arrived by 11am so I emailed Juan to ask if there was an issue.  His crew arrived at 11:45 and were extremely apologetic.  The rain has caused delays all morning. I understand delays, all I ask is that I receive some notice so I can plan accordingly. 
We reviewed the project and they started setting up; they placed multiple tarps down from the entry way all the way to the project to eliminate wet footprints and dirt.
They were quick to complete the repair and even did their best to clean up before they left.
The two guys were very professional and polite.
I used this small job as an interview or sorts for future work.  I will be calling Juan and his crew from now on to bid on all of our new construction jobs.

John does great work and has the experience and correct tools to properly sand the new spackle w out getting any drywall dust in the air. - He used a large specialty sanding disc w a shop vac connected to it. Which was a very fast and clean way to get the work done. - Credit should be given to any craftsman who invests in the right equipment for the job. As well as being able to do the drywall repairs AND paint. It's was not easy to find someone to do both. He supplied the paint. It was a perfect match using new paint made up w the old Sherman Williams color code. I would recommend hiring Dominic's Painting for any drywall repair, painting and/or skim coating."
