"I have been using Dan Collins for over a year.  Last year, I bought a 16-year-old house that still had builder's grade white paint throughout the interior.  I arranged for a painter, who changed his mind on the day he was supposed to start. I received Dan's contact information, called him that same morning, and he was out to look at the house that afternoon. It was a large job - 2400+ square feet, with every wall, ceiilng, and piece of trim, crown molding, chair rails, etc. needing to be painted.  He knew I was under a time crunch to get the work done and even though he had other jobs on his calendar, he still managed to put together a crew of 14 guys to come in over the weekend, set up scaffolding where needed, get a huge jump-start on the project.  He made sure there were at least 3 guys at my house every weekday, and then arranged for another large group to come in the following weekend.  The quality of the workmanship was nothing short of excellent.  His guys were polite, respectful, hardworking, diligent, and every single day they cleaned up their entire work area.  About 5 months later, I had his guys come back to paint our staircase, banisters, and the second floor railing which overlooks the first floor family room.  Again, another excellent job.  Most recently (2 weeks ago) I had his guys back again to paint the exterior trim around all our windows, our garage door, front door, two rear doors (one requiring repair due to wood rot), and once again, excellent work.  In the fall, we will bring Dan back in to paint our finished basement.  I wouldn't use anyone else!"

Some spots of the grass started to wilt (probably from the washing fluid), but a couple of weeks later the grass started to bounce back. I guess it's an expected side-effect. John does great work and has the experience and correct tools to properly sand the new spackle w out getting any drywall dust in the air. - He used a large specialty sanding disc w a shop vac connected to it. Which was a very fast and clean way to get the work done. - Credit should be given to any craftsman who invests in the right equipment for the job. As well as being able to do the drywall repairs AND paint. It's was not easy to find someone to do both. He supplied the paint.
